Remington SL11 bar.

I recently bought a Remington SL 11 from a guy on Craigslist. He told me that it was his grandad's and that he had started it recently. I know he didn't because it had when I got it home it had straight gasoline in the fuel tank. The saw is in really good shape and after some basic maintenance it runs great. It even came with the warranty card and original paperwork. I've never seen a bar like it has though. It's a sprocket tip but the sprocket is visible. Do any of you know anything about this bar. Is it original to the saw?

Bar is original, good score on the sl11. It's called a roller nose.

Also the bar will take any pitch chain as long as your sprocket takes it. The roller-nose has no teeth in it. You can run .325 .375 or .404 chain as long as it matches the sprocket on your clutch drum.
