I am converting a harness from a static rope bridge system to one using rigging plates as the leg/hip/bridge connection points so that I may replace the bridge more easily, inexpensively and as needed.

I have Rock Exotica TriRig plates (19mm holes) and Teufelberger Platinum (10.5 mm) line as the bridge. Is this line too small to use with these plates? I guess my concern is that with a smaller diameter line, the stopper knot could pull through under load. Is there any rule of thumb as to what size line can be used safely with certain size plates?

. . . of the plates? they will only verify the factory size of the holes, not their intended use with textiles.
