If you mean CHAIN

it is one that is sharpened so that the top plate of the cutter link is almost square when looking down on the chain.

This reduces the side to side movement of the chain and makes for a smoother, narrower kerf.

Holy **** . I thought it looked cool till i scrolled down till i saw the price!!!!!
Either it costs them way to much to make that, or they want some HUGE profit. maybe we can wait till they make a bunch and have a warehouse full of them for 10 years and end up selling for a reasonable price.

They have been making and selling them for quite a few years. There used to be a poster here that went by Woodshop. He used his and liked it a lot. Not sure what they cost now a days but they are quite portable and like a CSM can go places that a full blown bandmill cant.

A new one on me

looks as if a medium sized meat cutters band saw was cut up and adapted for a chainsaw power head.:taped:

I recently bought a used and abused one locally and am currently waiting on a few parts. The company has been helpful in both answering questions and having parts available. Hopefully I'll have it up and running soon and be able to report back.
