Finally out of LA,,,, in fact setting in Ashland Oregon this morning having coffee and trying to wake up!!!!!!!!!!!!! After A logging truck (probably coming out of the patch Tree Slinger's working) loaded to the gills was coming down the hill and was on the jake brake initially disturbing my slumber in the truck parking lane as I was just in to Oregon,,,

Talked to Treeslinger last night and we couldn't hook up :bang:
Talked to Dean too and he made me laugh so its all good!!!!!

Sent the Freshly modded 066 (for fine tuning) and a project 044 (12mm version) ahead to Dean last week and will get up with him later this evening,,,,,, and post some pix,,, going to Madsens today to do some shopping and take logging and tree pix to post this evening

gotta get back driving!!!!!!!!!!!:hmm3grin2orange: :chainsawguy: :blob2:

Welcome to PNW.

I love going Madsens. I'm like a kid in a candy store and usually come home with lots more stuff than I had planned.

finally here!!!!!!

madsens just around the corner,,,,,,, had to stop and take care of some work business befoer it got too late then I'm headed back to WHS,,,, I've never seen so many freaking logging trucks in all my life!!!!!!

saw one truck it was completly loaded with three or four logs un freaking believable,,

back home seen as few as five or six for a load... I'm stoked!!!!!

Should have seen our roads back in the day. Used to be log trucks every where. You are only seeing the left overs with "small" logs. Enjoy Madsens my wife and I always talk about winning the lotto when we go there so we can buy everything we want and the land to use it on.

Yes, you can tell you camera to take lower quality/resoultion picturs, but it's almost always better to keep your original image quality high and resize afterwards. It is really simple to resize.. I guess I'm going to have to show you when you get here...

BTW, I have a place to take you to that will blow your socks off... remember the "piles of saws thread"... we'll you 'aint seen nothing yet! Bring your wallet. :hmm3grin2orange:

I want to see:cry:

When River gets up here, I'll take him and my camera... I'm pretty much used to piles of old saws, but.. well.. let's just say.. I was in shock... Went though a pickup FULL of old cylinders on their way to the recycler, and picked out several great 045/56 cylinders, a real nice 084 cylinder (na na na na:hmm3grin2orange: ), 028s cylinder and piston, 031 etc etc etc... and just scratched the surface.
