Rock exotica omni swivel pulley.

Any one familiar with this product? It's rated at 36KN. Can it or should it be used for life support? It seems pretty sturdy, but I see no reference for it being use to hang off of. thanks

I am pretty sure they make climbing ones, I was looking at them at the Active Endeavors outdoor store, in a catalog, they had a few different models, keep waiting for them to get them in, seems there is not much demand for rock climbing stuff here in Iowa! Gee, I wonder why!

I'm not sure exactly how or if the pulley opens up on this one but this is used for rescue operations.
