So my TM bridge is darn near to tge core. I have some 10 mm armor prus. Any thoughts of using it as a bridge? I dont have time to make an order.

Phone TreeStuff and order a proper TM bridge, dammit.
I know it's plenty strong, but that 10mm stuff seems like a shoe lace to use for a bridge.

I wouldn't. A rope bridge is a bad application for anything with aramid in it.

I use a tm bridge on an ergovationt. Its not critical that the bridge is a tm bridge. I have had all types. I just never used prusik cord as one. It has spectra in the core. So im sure its plenty strong
by the way have you ever seen the diameter of a tm bridge. Its about the same as 10mm armor prus.

I've never noticed!
Have been debating going with either a TM or Ergo or the new model Sequoia for my next saddle if and when my Sierra Moreno ever wears out. The Ergo looks like it will win the coin toss.

Bee Line or Arborpruss will be fine. I have noticed tree climbers really like FAT rope. Coming from a rock climbing world I am used to, and trust much thinner line. 10mm is plenty for a bridge. Right now my bridge on my Ergo Light is 9mm Sterling static and it works fine.

My line is only 150 ft.

im a 37 38 waist. A large ergovation is more than enuf. I got something ge insanity workout for Christmas. When i get to a 33,34 im going to get a tm.
And for a rope bridge i cut and tied some old lanyard i had. ,and no Brian its not the one i just nicked last week.

thank you. , now i know. Sometimes it seems like ya need to pry the information from people. Haha

What climbing line do you use for arborculture..i couldn't imagine climbing on anything smaller than 11mm. I currently use 11.7mm.

Bee line is tuff as nails and is fine for your bridge. Just like with any rope bridge you need to inspect regularly

you can use any of the ropes you mentioned as a temporary bridge, make sure to tie triple fishermans or at least double, and stitch them as well to prevent the knots coming undone. This subject seems to come up quite often, and guys ***** about the price of the bridge even though they might have used it for 2 or 3 years and it's only $20 on some harnesses. I've got the treemotion also and the OEM bridge is great. I'll be replacing it with the same again when the time comes, even if it's $40 or whatever it is.

Tm bridge is only around 18. I should be getting another one through work soon.

I would like to get that hydra pulley from TS. Lm anyone use it. Dose it organize a hitchhiker better. Ya see i dont think its a big deal. But i dont like how the beiner and spliced rub the orange face what n using it for drt.

I currently climb on Yale Imory (11.7 I think) for every day, then I use an older arbor plex for sappy removals. My first life line was a 10.2 Sterling static though. Climbed SRT on it quite a bit.
