Rugby dump bed

Does Rugby make a decent dump bed? Looking at a new chipper truck & the ones I like the best all have Rugbys. I assume a PTO is much better than electric/hydraulic pump & motor, correct?

They are on the lower end of the truck body manufacturers. Southco or Iroquois are better
