Sachs Dolmar 116si manual

Anyone know of a downloadable manual for the 116si? I want to make sure I have it back together right. There's a little plastic cap and tube that sits under the carb that I think is a tank vent and I want to be sure. When you take something apart and wait a year or 3 to put it back together things sometimes get a little hazy...

I am aware of the tank vent you are talking about I repaired one recently.
