Salsco brush chippers....how would you rate the quality and performance?

A friend of mine is considering buying a Salsco wood chipper....Probably a 12" or larger. He's looking for a trailer type with diesel engine. Has anyone owned or used one and how would you rate them?
( I asked this question in the equipment forum, but not too many responses)

I've used one, a 12" tow behind model. My advice would be find a good Bandit 250xp instead. Those Salsco chippers have issues.
