sandvik windsor chain

I came across a deal on sandvik windsor semi chiesel 3\8 .058 full comp

Guy sells me a 25ft roll to try for 30.00 Is that pretty good deal ???

Also who makes this chain is it a rebadged Carlton or other brand ??

Any opinions on this chain

He's got a whole shelf full of 25 ft rolls and I was going to buy more if it seems to work ok for me.

I would have to say its very good chain from my experiance. Seems to hold an edge well cutting frozen wood etc.. Thats almost a steal. I dont use a very lot of 58 gauge, but would sure buy a roll or 2 for that price.

Its windsor chain. Didn't Sandvik and Windsor partner up in the 1980's. I have run a couple of the older chains. Wouldn't pass on that price.

If you could buy full chisel .050 guage. I would buy a truck of it.
