Sap sucker damage

I noticed this sapsucker damage today on my 15 year old Austrian Pine. The general health of the tree is very good. I am treating it for dothistroma that carried over from a nearby tree but it only got a couple low branches which I cut off anyway. Does this damage look like it will effect the health of the tree and is there anything I can or should do to help it along? Thanks

Not much can be done to the damaged area. Maintain health & vigor of your pine, I'm a big fan of mulching root zones.

Also keep your eye out for Zimmerman pine moth. They flock to injured trees around here.
