Is there a case that a 395xp will fit into? Every case I've tried is too small.
 
My el-cheapo solution is to use a plastic tub with a slot cut in the side. The bar and cover stick out through the slot.

No good for carrying the saw, but it keeps any oil drips contained.

Otherwise I just throw them all in the same steel trunk together...
 
I saw a homemade saw case in a popular mechanics book once. The guy made it out of plywood, and since the box was as long as the power head with a bar on it, there was lots of extra space for chains, oil, tools, ect. Might be awkward for carrying to every tree, but from truck to job site might work nice. I suppose one could add wheels and have a portable saw maintance center:p.
