I have this Mc 610 chain saw that keeps going and going. Does not want to take break for lunch. At end of work day still wants to keep going. At first I though it might have them RABBIT batters in it. That Rabbit that beats the drum

I have a Stihl and Husky chain saw that can go all day and not work or they just lazy!!

Hope there is a member that can give me the answer about the Mc 610 is there batters in it or is it solar engery. It does use some gas

Please , reply as soon as possible can not keep up with Yellow saw that acts like a Dang going and going Rabbit

Shut the saw off and open the garage door. When you get in the fresh air, breathe deeply and slowly.

u hit the nail on the head. i well remember the adds showin the chainsaw that had the energisers in it.. it didnt last to long,, as somebody left the garage door open and i couldnt resist. dang thing was still runnin. noisiest job,, i ever pulled. we wus fine til a rabbit caught it an ate it one day. dont know what happened to it,, after that,,as the rabbit got away.
an attempt at humor on a day i got to go to the bank for a loan. my sweet wife is just about the best thing ever happened to me. but she caint pass up a good deal at christmas or any other time.
the one flaw in an otherwise just about perfect women.
dont ask her for my faults ,u aint got time. good holidays everybody. anybody calls her about this,, will be hunted dn.
besides yall the only ones id ever tell it to.:)

Saw going and going

Thanks Sedanman
Good advice I give it a try and see if it works---My stihl 360 is almost still new yet that 610 Mc will out work it That old Mc 610 get all the dirty work an keeps going-going-The rabbit would run out of engry if ever competes with this old Yellow

Could it be it was painted yellow as a caution for the user that they would be between GO and Stop and it would keep going going

I truly am puzzled:confused:

Saw eating Rabbit

Man thanks for information about that rabbit. I do not want to lose my old YELLOW saw that way.Got to put old MC wise about that saw easting rabbit---Rabbit - drum and all will be in strips if old Mc runs in to it--Mc keeps going going and going:p

Saw going going

Rocky

You may have come up with answer. Old yellow has a open port no muffler.Man is it loud---It has no problem with breathing It is what you call long wined---Deep breath keeps going going:p

I dunno...I got one or two of them 605/610/ timberdawg series around and even burned a tank of gas through one a few years back. Ugh.

Closest comparison modern saw in my collection: Jonsered 621 (56cc). Jonny 621 will out cut, and I will outcut with it...meaning that Jonny is less clumsy, smoother, handier, and lighter. I also have a 625 (62cc)and a 670 (70cc) that would do even better. To tell the truth, I've got a Jonny 2149 (50cc class) that would probably give the 610 a run for its money even with the muffler back to stock.

I do not own a stihl 036/360, but one of my wife's brothers has one, 7 or 8 years old. I thought that it seemed like a solid performer too. Are you certain yours doesn't have something wrong wiith it?

Is this is 610 or a 6-10? The 610's didn't have open stacks. I have one of those--awful '80s saw.
