I recently subscribed to Sawmill & Woodlot magazine, but have only gotten one issue. It's a bit low on content, IMO, and heavy on advertising it seems to me. Seems like one of the best though...

I just looked through the Timberline digital version online, and I don't seem to be the target audience, not sure. Also heavy on advertising and low on content.

I saw a national monthly price list for various logs, but can't find it at the moment. I'm just going to stick with Sawmill & Woodlot mag, but always on the lookout for other options myself.

I've found Timberline and Sawmill/ Woodlot management.
I just got the March issue today of Sawmill & Woodlot, and this is the best issue I've received so far. Still a bit light on content, but seems like more and better articles than the previous 2 issues I've received.

I also wanted to mention another magazine that I had looked at before, it's called Sawlog Bulletin. This has pricing of what various species are selling for across the nation. Check the link out for more info. Not cheap though, as I recall it was about $75/year.
