SC50tx Vermeer High low Track Speed problem

My sc50tx is not switching from transportation track speed (high) to operation or grind track speed (low). When I'm Grinding, the forward and reverse are too fast, I end up barely tapping forward to advance on the stump and it goes way to far and then to reverse back it hops hard. It just needs to be fixed. I am ripping into it tonight, but if anyone else has experienced this problem please reply.

It might be a switch that's bad and it's stuck in high speed. If there is another switch like it, change the wires out and you can eliminate the switch. I'm not that familiar with the Vermeer's.

Thank you for the response, I was able to find it and yes it is a bad switch, I ordered it and spliced the wires to bypass it. http://www.treespokane.com
