Hello all.
I've got some Cottonwood I would like to cut and mill for a lean-to off of a pole barn. My question is whether I can log it off now, get it up off the ground, and let it season for the next year(whole log) before I cut it into planks/boards the following year? Will it keep outside or will it rot? What's your best suggestion?
