Hey everybody. im looking for new and interesting trees to raise. I would plant anything you send me, either in the wild or at home. What i would REALLY like is some japanese maples (any variety), butternut, any evergreen, and wedding cake tree. Im in zone 6a, but im planting wild from 5-7 and have access to many different sights in 3 states.

Dont have much in the way of trade... All i have stock piled right now is a couple gallons of black walnut, a gallon of bur oak(had to climb for most of them, the squirrells dont let them sit for long) and some chinese elm. I could round up sweetgum, sycamore, american elm, hackberry, catalpa(north and south), chinese scholar tree, pecan, pignut hickory, post oak, blackjack oak(one of my favorites), and pin oak. Thats about all ive got down here, but if your looking for something in particular let me know and ill see what i can do.

Let me know if your interested either on here or PM me.I may not be online for another week, so gimme some time to respond. THX ALL

be careful waht you wish for...:taped:

From what little I know, and have looked into, bamboo is more like an invasive weed than anything else. If you think daylilies and the like multiply and spread you have another thing coming....

As for Black Walnut, how much more would you like?

I think I could help you with the jap maples. Several customers have those, big old trees that produce strong seeds.

You ever seen a golden chain tree? (Laburnum) I'd have to look up the zones. I know I can get starts, not sure about seeds; guess I'll have to look on the ground around the starts.
