Interested in your opinions on climbing saddles?

I have always stuck with Buckingham and Weaver in the under $175.00 range. I would really like to upgrade, however where I live I have to order since the only dealer that is close deals with the above mentioned.

Please share your input (likes and dis-likes)
Thanx a bunch

I'm on my third Buck'Master.

This is such a subjective thing though, some like a baton board, some like a sliding D...

Go to a convention and try a few on, it is the only way to really get a good feel for a new saddle

Butterfly

I have tried several older saddles and a few rescue ones and by far the most comfy is my butterfly2.

I'm liking my weaver double D.

I have been climbing with this saddle for 16 years and have not found one that I like better. I have been looking at the tree motion saddle just for $#!7s and giggles. Looks like a pretty comfortable saddle with lots of room for customization but it's a little high dollar for my blood. Especially since I have been making money with Weaver saddles for so long and I'm not a competition climber. I had a guy that I worked for buy me one of the fancy floating D saddles with the legstraps onetime. I wore it a week, gave it back to him and went back to my old broke in Weaver. Funny, I can afford any saddle I want these days but still prefer the old cheap Weaver.

Any Petzl fans out there? How bout' any one try one of the TreeFlex saddles that Bailey's is offering?

I love hands on... However am located in the sticks. So getting to shows is quite hard for me, or I don't hear about them till it's to late.

thanks!
