Does anyone uses shing gaurds when stump grinding? I've had a few bruises from my RG100 when I'm grinding shallow. I'd like to try some shin gaurds but am only finding hockey type when I look on ebay. Anyone use them or have a source? Thanks.

How about ones for a baseball catcher? That is what I used when we worked cattle.
They also have them for soccer as well! Not as big or cumbersome.

My Carlton 7015 has more safety guards I guess!
I'd be a little more concerned with customer windows, if I was you.
Buy some new belt/skirting for your machine and solve the problem not the symptom!
