Shindaiwa EB344 Carburetor ID

I was given a EB344 blower that was in really nice condition, but I appears to have had a drinking problem in the past as the metering diaphragm is trashed.
Doing an IPL check for the EB344 the A021003280 is listed, but that clearly not what is on the blower as there is a vacuum line to the carburetor that the A021003280 doesn't have. Any clues to what the correct part number for this carburetor might be?

Pretty strange. The Shindiawa website shows 3 ipls for the eb344. All of them show the same WYK 357 carb A021003280 ???
