I had a hard time here in NH between family (brother now out of business) and the long snowy winter. Do you think as a scaling back move buying a better, have an '81 uninspectable, log truck to run wood and do debris pick up makes sense? Charge for the pick ups and sell the wood or drop off the junk for the mulchers. It seems like a good way to be a solo operation.

What do you need per week to make ends meet, and can you do the business to make it work?

I know it would not work in this market, but it might in yours.
