should i use Safety Chain or Chisel for ripping

just a quick question...do you guys like rip wood with safety chain or pro chisel?

I use round ground chisel same as bucking. I have ripping chain for the Granberg mill but don't usually bother unless I'm using the mill.

I use whatever is on the closest saw when I rip a stubborn round, Usually that is non safety semi-chisel chain.

If I was going to be milling any amount of wood I would have a saw set up with ripping chain.
