Hello new to single line (only used 2 years). If I’m climbing on single line, get injured can my groundsman come up rescue me on my same line?

That’s a good idea never thought of that thanks. What if the anchor point is up in the tree ( alpine butterfly with a carabiner choked around the tree) then can the groundsman climb the same line you went up? Or to much weight on a single line?Instead of basal tying to the tree you are climbing move the climbing rope to another tree. A few wraps and a running bowline. The groundie can untie and lower you using the tie in tree as a porta wrap.
What are you using the carabiner for with the butterfly canopy anchor? You never want to side load a biner.
Getting to the climber is a little tricky on the same single line. Just getting up to the climber even with him not past. Using a rope wrench, knee ascender and foot ascender. 2 webbing slings each 3 feet long with carabiners on each end one has a micro pully on it. Climber that is injured Micro pully goes above his rope wrench to other climbers saddle, other webbing sling goes from climber to climber as a teather so injured climber doesn’t just fall to the ground. Seems to work in a nice controlled decent, I haven’t tried it from high up yet just an idea. The rope should handle the l8ad just fine, but I'm having a hard time picturing a rescue off a single line. What srt rigs are yall using? How does he get past you?
