Maybe no, maybe yes. See photos of my 662 and 644 (apologies for the blurred photos). The 662 and 667 are supposed to be same chassis. So if they are, the 662-667 coil mounts & screws in my saw are in different locations than in my 644 (that's in the middle of a rebuild).

But, also see also the IPL pages. The 662-667 IPL shows a different coil with different screw locations, but unfortunately this IPL does not show any mounts in the crankcase side. Figure Solo had different versions.

Thanks, thought it might not. This thing starts cold and runs fine until you shut it off and wait a few minutes, then won't start. After a couple dozen pulls, it fires up but doesn't smoke like it was flooded. Will get into the carb next.
