So a while back I had to replace the crank, piston and jug after a lower crank arm bearing let needles up past the piston... I did not have a lot of money at the time and did not order bearings. I reassembled with the old bearings and it ran great until now. I am better versed in picking bearings and have some skf c3 on order along with some new seals. The last part I need is the oil pump driver. The clutch bearing is the one that slopped out and as a result the plastic driver stripped it's teeth.

I think I found one available but the webpage is a different language and it does still say in stock but that is for the oil pump as well. Since my pump is still good I am wondering if anyone might know if there is an alternative to getting this pricey overseas part

The driver sandwiches in between the seal and the clutch. 15mmid, 15mm depth. 1.5mm shoulder. Not sure of pitch maybe 2.5mm? Anyways, would love to figure out a smart solution to this by the time I get the bearings back in. Thankfully it was still making plenty of power so I believe the crankshaft and p/c are still ok.

Also this hurts enough, I have given myself enough grief about not doing the bearings, it is at the very least a valuable lesson for me so please be kind! 🙏

Also I can not easily downsize photos but let me know if they should be smaller, I can delete them and reupload some smaller ones...

Pretty sure the big Makita saws (7900, 7910) use the same parts. Maybe they are easier to source than Solo parts at your side of the pond.
That would be part #38245031

thankyou! I scoured the net again and ordered one I found on chainsawr. Hope it is really in stock! Scary how few parts are available for these saws.

It's better here, but you're right. Abundance looks different. Pretty rare saw. Had to look for a while to get a P&C for a reasonable price. I think I paid 230€, which isn't too bad.
