Sadly there will be a whole bunch more, That dern ash borer has put the hurtin' on the Ash around here.

My 10 acre woodlot consists of 15-20% Ash, I am going to make an enclosure inside my pole barn, big enough to work on a vehicle, but small enough to heat with the old smoke dragon. It will have a mezz on the upper level seven feet tall down to 4' on the eaves

It will be my first try at timber framing, I plan to make use of this bad deal by constucting a timber framed cottage in my woods.

Perhaps in a few years my oldest Son can buy the "big house", and the Missus and me can sit by the old woodstove in the cottage.

Boy this will take forever with a CSM.

I think I will put together a electric bandmill in my shed to enable me to cut in the Winter.

We will be scrapping out a few machines at work soon, there are some sweet dc motors and drives to be had!

Any ideas for cheap band wheels and guides?
