Just did a few changes on the mill. Finally put the 045av on the mill and put through bolts in the nose and the powerhead end.. What a difference for putting the chains on. Haven't used it yet, hopefully soon.

I need to do something along those lines now that I have a 66" bar with the helper handle.
I see you did some modification to the clutch cover - have you thought of cutting it down so that you can get the chain over it? I'm not sure if I want to cut down a clutch cover or build one from scratch but it would save time if I could keep it on.

The guy I bought the saw off of did that, not sure why. I would like to find a intact cover.
Sometimes the clutch comes off and makes a bit of a mess of the clutch cover so they tidy it up by cutting out al the dents and holes
