No, that's all, it's the hydroelectrical power company that has cleared some riverbanks that I own so they have removed all the trees. D chipped the small trees and the rest is considered as firewood. We don't have large trees by north american standards here in Scandinavia.

You have a stop on end of table? That way you would have the same length wood everytime.

Is that going to be split yet or just burn whole rounds?

Awesome setup!

Its a measurement on the saw, I'm not to careful with the length, planning to use 1500l bags now so I can easily move the wood, but later I have to stack much of it.

And I must split it, a processor had been nice but cost to much for my needs in firewood. Its only for my own use.

Do you have a very small stove or do you split it to dry faster? We wouldn't split stuff that small here, even for smaller stoves.

Its to get it dry, 30cm is the std lenght of firewood in Norway when you buy firewood.

Typical way of selling firewood here:

10$, but people with more storage buys 1000 or 1500l bags.

30cm is about 12" from my rough math.

I've cut some 12" lengths for a few customers and it's crazy how LONG it takes to do a cord over 16" lengths.

Interesting to learn about how firewood is handled all over the world!

Now a 1500l bag, that's around .4 of a cord. How is a bag that size carried? It'd be in the area of a ton.
