in any case fellas ,,the doc is schedualling surgery sometimes in may ,plus im moving .. so im hoping,, a get togather would be a little later on mabe late fall. ,so i could participate..

I'm only about 30-45 mins from you in Rowan County. I might be interested if I could find a free Saturday. I'd probably have to wait until fall too. I've got a huge Hickory in the pasture that got hit by lightning, last fall, that needs to be dropped.

I just have to attend one of these get-togethers someday but...
In any case Tony, after my hip experience my advice is -listen to the therapists-, repeat their exercises at home. I my case they saw me two times a week for 1/2 hours. I did the same exercises at home twice a day and pushed the envelope, where they wanted 10 reps, I would do 20, etc. I cut 2 months off the recovery time although all of that may not have been due to the exercises.
