Yesterday on the mountain. but it was just raining catapillar poop! Not a bug expert but these little suckers are decimating trees. All types too. they look like (what I call) an inch worm and they are everywhere!! I do not remember seeing them last year, like this but DANG!!
I wish I had my camara, but they've done stripped rock, white, red black oaks, maples, poplars, cherrys EVERYTHING!! I hope this is just a freak event. If not, the woods are gonna look like they did when the gypse moths destroyed everything 20 plus years ago..:msp_scared:
