Sources for wholesale trees?

Just wondering if anyone had a source(s) for wholesale trees in the Indiana region (i.e. Illinios, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, mebbe Wisconsin). I've got some places to call, but more would be appreciated!

Specifically I am looking for Zelkova, Canadian Hemlock and Douglas Fir.

I will be needing them this fall, if at all possible, so I need to be making contacts and ordering soon.

Ok, ok, ok....

Since no one else answered, if anyone is interested, I'll answer my own question.

I found local sources for the aforementioned trees. Blue Grass Farms had them, and Brehob Nursery (our normal supplier) had everything else needed for the project.
