So I am in the market for a new/used spray rig for our PHC program. I am wondering what people are using out there. Currently, my specs are as follows.
Heavy duty stainless steel tank with full length sills. 650 gallon total capacity split into two compartments. 500 gallon with stainless steel mechanical agitation and 150 gallon with jet agitation. Each compartment equipped with standard single cam 16” manholes, side discharge, safety valves and external sight gauge.
- Steel skid frame, painted white
- HydraCell D40 diaphragm pump with Bean pressure relief valve, TeeJet suction strainer and glycerin filled gauge
- Powered by a 35 HP Wisconsin gas engine with electric start. Will produce up to 40 GPM and 700 PSI
- Hannay 6000 Series electric rewind hose reel equipped with 300’ of ¾”, 800 PSI Green Garde JD9-C spray gun
Any thoughts on what else I should get on this rig? I am looking at the skid mounted so i do not have to have a dedicated truck for my PHC. I can use my knuckle boom truck to carry the spray rig and still use the truck for our large take downs.
Thanks
