I recently aquired a sprocket cover with a "lot" of Stihl parts and don't know which saw it fits. The part # is (1110 640 1705). It is a metal cover and looks like it might fit an older model. Thanks in advance.

Those first 4 numbers are a series number. That series consisted of the old 040 and later 041's. So yup your right, that cover is for old models. There's a alot of old 041's out there still running strong so if that cover is in good shape its worth a few bucks..
