All right, anyone have a starter pulley and a bucking spike for a Jonsered 111S? These are the only parts that Motorsäg can't supply at the moment.

Thanks

do you know where to get parts for a jonsered 111s? i need a parts breakdown as well, if you can possibly help with that.

I already told you, try George at the address I gave. He's it. Your only hope unless someone with a 111 in his barn pops up on eBay.

If you really don't have the time to send him an email, I can probably find the 111 blowup I have around here.

i already tried him, but i havent heard anything yet about a parts breakdown. otherwise i wouldnt have asked . sorry for the inconvenience.

I also have the parts breakdown I can fax....John I have the stock spikes if you want them. I will check on the pulley. What happened to yours? If I remember correctly its an aluminum pulley isn't it?

Ken what parts do you need?

john,
if you absolutely can't find a starter pulley, post a pic of the original if you can, and i'll tell you if i can machine one out for you. i have made several fairbanks morse style cups, and several others as well. the farbanks morse were one of the worst starter designs. i've never seen a jonsey one, but i can tell you if it can be machined or not. i'm just a hobby machinist, but i'm very good at duplicating parts. course, i'd have to put a coat of mcculloch yellow on it fer i send it out........................................................

I appreciate the offers guys, but check out the date of my original post.

Shortly after I made that, George fixed me up with a Model 80 pulley. The original was cracked--the basic reason it ended up in that guy's shed in Maine. I made my self some spikes, too.

Dennis, what would the spikes run me? The Johnspike Mk. III I have on there now seems decent enough, but I wouldn't mind having an original. Still looking for a 111 starter pulley (cast aluminum).

Ken, he's a busy guy. Sometimes takes a week or two to answer emails, but he'll come through in the end. Now that I think of it, the world needs an electronic version of the 111 parts list, so I might as well scan it in the next few days.
