I do a lot of take downs on diseased trees. What should I do about sterilizing my equipment after in order not to spread it to heathy ones I am pruning?

What disease are you talking about? Most disease can't survive a chlorox bleach solution.

Mostly bacterial leaf scorch in oaks. Is clorox bleach good to put on my blades, bars and sprockets? it is highly corrosive.

Clorox santizes but it is corrosive. Alcohol will sanitize without the corrosive qualities , Hydrogen peroxide doesn't seem nearly as corrosive as sodium hypochlorite(clorox).Personally I use Lysol aerosol sprays and the copycat products-they contain both alcohol and ammonium chloride compounds-Not a corrosion problem but decent sanitation and the spray tends to cut some sappy deposits on handsaw blades.
