I did a search and didn't come up with much. Since Photobucket gave me the boot, I have no idea how to post pics from my phone or computer. I'd like to get a few of my old pics back up, Joe.

Your avatar is saved to the forum server, so its not coming from photobucket.

WHen you compose a post or reply, there is a button that says "upload a File"..... Click on that and follow the prompts. It will have to be saved on your computer unless you are using tapatalk in which case you can upload it to the forum straight from your phone.

My son moved all of my pics from Photobucket to my computer, only problem is the file just lists 2000 numbers and I have to click on each one and open it to see what it is. I gotta find a better way, Joe.
Sadly, that's how the file system on a camera works. I'm not sure, but there may be a way to have thumbnails instead of file names... But I'm not that computer savvy.
We used to upload our pictures into folders what were separated by the month the pictures were taken, this at least narrowed the search down.

I usually take pics with my phone. I then email them to myself and save on my computer. That way, my pics are saved in my emails and my computer. I make folders for different topics or groups of pic. If I take a pic of firewood, I put it in the firewood folder, project folders are labled such as wood splitter, processor, conveyor, etc. Makes it easier to find a pic as long as I remember what it is about and which folder it should be in. I use the upload a file feature to upload pictures to the forum. This photobucket thing has pissed off a lot of folks. I know of several sites I visit where the update account takes the place of pictures. This is especially irritating when you are looking for how to photos of something you are trying to work on. Without the pics, most of those posts have become useless.
