I HAVE FOR SALE A 009 THATS IN REALY GOOD SHAPE . IT HAS A LIKE NEW 16'' BAR . THE COMP. IS AT 145 LBS. I'VE HAD THIS SAW FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS NOW AND ITS BEEN SITTING ON THE SHELF NOT BEING USED SO ITS TIME TO LET IT GO . I PUT SOME FUEL IN AND IT FIRED RIGHT UP . OTHER THAN THE KILL SWITCH NOT WORKING EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS GREAT . IF YOU NEED A INEXPENSIVE CLIMBING SAW THIS MAY BE THE SAW FOR YOU . I'M ASKING $ 125.00 PLUS SHIPPING

New to AS here, but have used the forums before to read up on stuff quite a few times before. I'm interested, but what is wrong with the kill switch? Just need to be re-connected/soldered? Without sounding too green...how do you stop the saw without a kill switch now? I'm down in FL, and from what I've read the 009/009L have a following and would fit the bill for what i'm looking for pretty well. Please let me know and I'll send you a PM with an offer. Thanks!

I just move the chock over and it shuts right off . Its probably a wire off or a contact not making a connection .

Just wanted to report back and say thanks. Seller was quick to reply, communicated well, and shipped promptly. The saw was as represented in the photos and fired up within the first 3-4 pulls. Had it running for a couple small chores around the house this weekend. Fun little saw.
