Im looking for this 011 case gasket. Dealer says they cant get it.

Make sure to clean the case halves really well where they mate and I usually use a little high heat rtv or yamabond or hondabond to help close up any imperfections. Also when you are adding the bearings back onto the drive shaft I suggest using axle grease to help hold them on while you put them all on and slip the connecting rod over them. It's a huge PITA if you don't. The gas mix will melt off the bearing grease and burn it off in the first few tanks so don't be alarmed when your saw smokes for the first tank or two... :)
 
PS: if you are cutting your own gaskets it's pretty nice to have a cheap set of hollow hole punches around. And take it from me... You want to practice using them before you cut 90% of your gasket and then tear it up using the hole punch...
