Stihl 025 chainsaws

I have 2 of them and one is orange with black lever and one is more red with red lever. Few differences that I can tell right away, color of course, the badge, the carb and the air filter. Do I need to get special air filter for the red one? Red one needs the carb cleaned and a bath, that shouldn’t be a problem to me. Both starts and runs well.

This is a 023 red lever for sale that doesn’t have an air filter either. Are they coming stock like this?

Regular 025 air filter doesn’t fit the red lever one. I thought it would but when I tried put the cover back on, it wouldnt close cuz the air filter is in the way.

Thank you very much, I think the foam filter is the right one for this saw.

I bought a 021 which was also missing the air filter. It used the oldest of the three filters (just a block of foam). For some reason, which I don't remember, I converted to the newest style. The whole assembly was surprisingly cheap at the dealer.
