So I got a couple of oem pistons for my 026 off a member here a while back. They told me they were sending me both sizes, (which at the time I had no idea what they meant.) I didn't know the 026 used 2 different sized pistons/cylinders.
So anyways, I just measured them and one is 44mm, and the other is 43.2mm.
I thought the 026 used a 44mm or a 44.7mm? According to what I read on another post in this forum.
So now I'm confused as to what this other piston is for. It's the same height, but smaller.
The numbers on the top of the pistons are
# 1220-0204 ---> this measured 44mm
# 1211-0503 ---> this measured 43.2mm
What the heck is this other piston for?
Side note - I'm looking for a good used 44mm 026 cylinder
