Still interested(More really). I updated my e-mail address to current, I didn't realize it was still the old address.View attachment 343189 View attachment 343190 View attachment 343192 I HAVE A NICE 026 . THIS SAW HAS HAD A NEW METEOR PISTON, THE CARB. HAS BEEN REBUILT AND THE MUFFLER MODDED . IT HAS A 16'' STIHL BAR THAT HAS BEEN PAINTED . SHE IS A STRONG RUNNER . WOULD MAKE SOMEONE A NICE FIREWOOD SAW . I'M ASKING 225.00 PLUS SHIPPING .
Stop imitating my wife!! Scary!I do not need another one, but that is a reasonable price for an 026 in that shape. 170 pounds is pretty typical on rebuilt tight 026 saws. It is a later model with a clear gas tank, composite handle and larger air filter. Hmmmm... $200... no, bad CAD! I do not need another 026! But but but! No more saws!
Mine likes to hunt, fish, cut with the saws on the woodline. Last year for Mother's Day I got her a new MS250C with the Easy-Start system. Happy as a clam!! Now when we cut I don't have to stop my work to start / restart her saw!My ex was the opposite. She would give me a big hug and a kiss every time I bought another saw, because she knew that I would be using it to fall more trees and buck up more firewood. She is a firewood junkie, and has over 100 acres of hellish greenery in Southern Oregon.
