Very nice condition 029 super, I have given the saw a once over, did not attempt to start it, and did not see anything broken, or out of place, the bar is very nice as is the chain, I check the compression took some pics and posted it. This was a one owner saw I took and trade and have no interest in. $180 shipped with bar and chain, paypal gift or add 3%.

I did not pull the muffler, I simply gave it a quick once over and a compression test to determine the internal condition of the piston and cylinder, given the compression reading I would assume the cylinder and piston are in great shape. I did not attempt to start saw because I simply would like some more room in the shop at this time and have way too many projects already in the work. I feel as though I have priced the saw accordingly and given enough room for someone to end up with a great saw at a reasonable price.

If you are seriously interested I can take the time to pull the muffler, on monday or tuesday.

I'm not just giving you a rough time - I'm definitely interested. But I've learned my lesson on buying saws that are supposed to be good, but the last step of pulling the cord was curiously avoided. Also, I've seen a lot of scored saws with reasonable compression.

Looks like you have someone else interested, but if you still have it Monday or Tuesday and can check the p&c let me know.

Thanks.

I pulled the cord multiple times to check the compression, I just figured if I was going to take the time to get the saw running I would end up spending hours of time I do not have. I took the saw in on trade with every intention of selling it as is. Considering its condition if I did not have that class of saw covered I would certainly fix it up and run it.
