Stihl 031 AV Parts???

I am trying to reiar a Stihl 031AV. The springs that hold the starter dawgs in seems to be broke. Are these parts still available? The starter cover seems to be built into the fuel tank, what is the easiest way to remove the starter cover to gain access to the dawg springs?

Those 031s aren't easy to work on are they? There are obvious fastners in the front and one or two in the back that are hidden. The gas tank is also in that assembly and you will have to disconnect the fuel line to remove the whole unit. If you find a problem with the springs just send your address and I have two you can have. Mike
