Stihl 031AV Flywheel

Can some one tell me about the little flipper and spring sets on the flywheel. Exactly how should they go, or send me a picture of what it should look like. I took it apart 2 months ago, now I just can't remember how it goes . And yes I'm a female and just getting to plain old to remember.
