Are you asking about a big bore kit? Haven't seen too many big block chainsaws


I haven't seen an official one from any place like Bailey's. That's not to say some haven't whittled on a 044 jug and put it on or something similar. (Just and example, no idea if it could happen)

Are you sure that jug is toast? An after market piston is $30, might make for a cheap build if you could spend some time with the old jug cleaning it up.

yeah she's pretty bad off.

You can feel deep ridges above the exhaust port, its got no compression, none.

Still needs parts though, even if you look past the top end. Air filter, filter housing, and other small stuff, buts its an aweful nice saw.

Nope - no BB.

Put on a Tecomec 036 piston/cyinder. It will last another couple of thousand hours.
