Be carefull just using the 6202 or 6203 reference as a part number. That will just get you to the basic size class for the bearing, and you can get that generic type from any hardware store, but it's not for a saw.
You also have to worry about the cage construction, fit (loose, normal, tight, etc), shields (or lack thereoff), temperature stabilization and other parameters. If you want to match them to available bearings, take them into bearing warehouse to cross reference them for you, or do the hard work yourself on the web. I don't have an 038 on the shelf to look at, but in SKF terms, it's likely a 6202 (or 6203) TN9/C3 type - "loose fit, polyamide cage, 150 C temperature stabized", etc). Each bearing manf. has their own way of describing the various optional characteristics. FAQ would refer to the SKF type as 6202 TVH.C3
