I hope that this is the right forum for my question. I recently purchased a Stihl 044. The footbed part of the handle is cracked. I want to secure it so it doesn’t get any worse. Is there a preferred method of addressing this problem? Epoxy? Would love some ideas.

Plastic weld.
Looks ugly...still learning :p. But, is as strong as new. Finish file and sand it all smooth after blending in filler plastic (I only have a donor Shindaiwa tank)
