Stihl 045 AV piston and rings

Does anyone know where I can find a new oem, aftermarket, or good used piston and new rings for a Stilh 045 AV? A friend loaned out his saw and it came back siezed. He took it apart and the only thing that looked bad was the rings were melted into the piston groove in one spot. This is the 75cc
50mm/ 2.0" piston.
