Sold Stihl 056 av Mag II

Well used heavy brick but still has life left in her.
Has a two pieces missing off the cover and has "6-11-87" carved in it
AV mounts look like it wouldn't hurt to replace soon.
A few very light brown vertical streaks on the piston skirt no markings on the rings with some machine marks still visible.
.404 Sprocket looks worn and would need replacing soon as well.

Saw runs, idles, oils like it should.
The huge "mud flap" looks badass
I have not cut with this yet but tomorrow I will and can hopefully grab a quick video.
Chain brake is functional
Compression 155
Comes with a well used Stihl ES 25" bar and a close to new 84L chain .404
Chain does not look like it has ever been filed on (but needs it)
The bar is labeled 3/8 but the tip has been replaced with a .404 sprocket nose

I ran this in some oak today and it pulled the 25" completely buried without any issues. 4 stroking hard out of the cut and cleaned up nice while cutting. Slow steady pace while grunting away.

I did have an issue with the on/off switch when I went to shut it down to refuel. It wouldn't kill the saw, Flipped it back and forth 3 times and it shut off. I shut down twice after that and it did not happen again. Ill take the cover off and see if I can see anything obvious that may have caused this.

All in all shes old, ugly, wide and heavy but performed well for me.
