Stihl 056 Mag piston 56mm wanted.

Hey All,

Helping my Dad's old friend fix up his 056 Mag. He's a long time saw user and just made a simple mistake with his mix and cooked the top end. I'm keen to help this very decent guy get his saw going again. He's owned it since new and is pretty upset over the whole thing.

So if anyone has an 056 Mag piston 56mm part #1115 030 2003 please let me know. Ideally it would be NOS as a complete assembly with rings but I know this would be hoping. Have tried all around Australia with no luck.

A used piston in good condition would be fine. I'm happy to pay a good price to make it worth the trouble of posting it to Perth, Australia.

I should be able to help you out, it wont be NOS but it wont be garbage either. I will have a look today and get back to you.

Mate i have been through everything and all i have is 54mm pistons and 56mm cylinders it kind of makes no sense, i cant even help you out with a 54mm topend because i cant find a cylinder...

I will have a search in another shed but at this stage i am stumped sorry.

Thanks to all that have helped me chase up an 056 mag piston.

Managed to find a good second hand piston, rings and jug thanks to the kind efforts of Scallywag, a felllow Australian member here. My Dad's old mate is wrapped!
